General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Deposit

• In the event of a reservation made more than 30 days before the start date of the rental, the Renter agrees to pay a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total rental price.
• If the booking is made less than 30 days before the start date of the rental, the Renter agrees to pay the total rental price.

Cancelation

The signing of the contract is binding on both parties irrevocably. Termination of the contract will be possible under the following terms and conditions:

• If cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% refund will be given.
• If cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date, a 50% refund will be given – if cancellation occurs between 15 and 0 days before the arrival date, no refund will be given.

In the event of cancellation due to serious reasons (death, accident/injury, illness), the Tenant must provide the Landlord with all documentation attesting to the reason for cancellation; otherwise, no refund will be given. Only in the event of a total lockdown imposed by the government will a full refund be given for cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival. In the event of non-payment of the balance within the specified time frame described in this contract, the Landlord may cancel the reservation and re-let the property to another tenant, without any refund being given (except in exceptional circumstances).
